Everything You Need to Bring a Product to Life
Plush toys are where most clients start. But the same design, logistics, and compliance infrastructure that produces a toy also produces a book, a figurine, a website, or a fulfillment program. Many clients end up using more than one.
Character Design &
Custom Plush Toys
The core. 30 years. The thing we know better than anyone.
A physical stuffed toy manufactured to a design that has never existed before. Not a toy pulled from a shelf with a logo applied to it. A new object — designed, prototyped, revised, approved, safety tested, and manufactured from scratch.
Every quote includes safety compliance (CPSIA, EN71, or AS/NZS depending on your market), quality control inspection, and shipping coordination. The prototype stage is built into every project. Plan for it — it's what keeps the final product right.
Who it's for
- — Corporations needing a branded character or product replica
- — Inventors bringing a toy to market for the first time
- — Authors turning a book character into a physical companion
- — Organisations wanting a mascot in plush form
Wearable Mascots
Full-size costumed characters worn by a performer for live events.
A wearable character suit — built to the same design standards as our plush toys. These are not generic rental costumes. They are custom-built characters that match a specific brand, book, or campaign.
Rental mascots are generic. You get a bear or a dragon that vaguely matches your color palette if you're lucky. A custom wearable mascot is the actual character — built to your design spec, with your colors, your proportions, your expression.
Who it's for
- — Corporate clients running brand activations and trade show experiences
- — Authors and inventors wanting their character present at live events
- — Any client whose character needs to exist at human scale
Books
Write it. Illustrate it. Print it. Publish it.
A complete book production service — from manuscript to printed, published product. Most commonly used for children's books that accompany a plush toy character, educational booklets, and brand story books.
We project manage this service using a network of trusted writers, illustrators, printers, and publishers. Our strength is the integrated product — when the book and the toy come from the same project, they look like they belong together.
Who it's for
- — Authors who want both a book and a matching toy produced together
- — Inventors who need a story to give their toy retail appeal
- — Corporate clients needing educational booklets (orthodontist guides, curriculum kits)
PVC Figurines
Hard resin desktop characters. The collectible counterpart to the plush toy.
A small, hard PVC figurine — typically 3–5 inches tall — cast from a custom sculpt. Where a plush toy is soft and huggable, a PVC figurine is a desk object: precise, detailed, collectible. The PHP elePHPant program is a real example of this at scale — a single character design running as a global program for over 16 years.
Who it's for
- — Corporate clients wanting a premium desk gift for ongoing campaigns
- — Inventors and authors who want a collectible version alongside the plush
- — Tech communities and professional groups wanting a physical mascot object
Custom Packaging
The box, bag, or kit that makes the product feel like a product.
Custom-designed packaging for any product we manufacture. Boxes, bags, hang tags, poly bags with headers, gift boxes, retail-ready packaging — designed and produced as part of the same project, arriving together.
Compliance labeling — tracking label, choking hazard warnings, fibre content, country of origin — is built into the package design, not added as an afterthought.
Who it's for
- — Inventors preparing a toy for retail or e-commerce — a toy without packaging is not a retail product
- — Corporate clients who want a complete gifting experience
- — Education companies packaging curriculum kits
Websites & Microsites
A web presence for the product, the campaign, or the character.
A purpose-built website or landing page — not a general business website, but a focused digital presence that serves a specific product or campaign. We have been building these since the early days of the web.
For inventors
A dedicated sales or showcase site for their toy or book character — the digital shelf for a product that may not yet be in retail stores.
For corporations
A campaign microsite or program-specific ordering page — where regional offices or event teams can access and order from a consolidated program.
Del Monte wanted to promote their mini bananas, so we created a stuffed-toy monkey: customers at major grocery stores could collect stickers from the bananas to complete the series and qualify for a free monkey. We handled manufacturing the toys, the in-store displays, ran the promotion, handled exceptions — and Del Monte received weekly reports on the health of the promotion.
Warehousing & Fulfillment
We make it. We store it. We ship it. You focus on selling it.
An end-to-end logistics service for clients who don't want to handle inventory themselves. We warehouse product in up to four regions — China, USA, Canada, and Europe — and ship individual orders on demand.
Most first-time inventors think fulfillment is simple. It isn't. Customs paperwork, carrier relationships, damage claims, address validation, international material restrictions — these are real problems. We have shipped to 38 countries. We have seen most of them.
Who it's for
- — Inventors selling online who don't want to touch inventory
- — Corporate clients shipping to distributed events across multiple countries
- — Global brands with regional offices ordering from a consolidated program
How Services Combine
Most clients use more than one service. Here are the common combinations.
| Client Type | Typical Services |
|---|---|
| First-time inventor | Plush toy + packaging + fulfillment |
| Children's book author | Plush toy + book + fulfillment |
| Orthodontist / healthcare | Plush toy + booklet + packaging |
| Corporate trade show | Plush toy + packaging + event shipping |
| Education company | Plush toy + book + packaging + fulfillment |
| Global brand program | Plush toy + fulfillment + order page (microsite) |
What We Don't Do
Being clear about this saves everyone time.
-
✕
Promotional products. Pens, mugs, t-shirts, printed frisbees. These are a different industry with a different supply chain.
-
✕
Orders under 300 units. The economics of custom manufacturing don't work below that threshold.
-
✕
Rush orders. The timeline is what it is because quality requires it.
-
✕
Manufacturing under our brand. Everything we make belongs to the client. We will never sell a version of your product ourselves.
