Peak Season Alert

The world is pushing very hard to get shipments out of China to all over the World.  Peak Season is from September 1st right through until Christmas. This puts a strain on all resources we need to use. The material factory gets backed up, our designers feel the pressure, and our shippers see containers backed up at major points.

What does this mean to you?

Planning ahead is crucial since delays are inevitable for a custom hand made product. When shipping to the US or Canada, delays on the West Coast are not uncommon and may delay your product by weeks. 

What can you do about it?

You can air ship in a couple cartons of your product and allow the rest to come in by Ocean. This is an additional expense but it may mean getting your sales and marketing going ahead of schedule. 

Please inform your Project Manager of any critical delivery dates Months before you need the product to allow us to help.
