What happens when you go direct to a Chinese factory

Factories will say yes to CPSIA, EN71, or AS/NZS compliance because they want the order. "Yes" is not a Children's Product Certificate, a third-party test report, a tracking label, a lot number, or documentation your legal team can review.

If a toy fails a safety check at customs, at retail, or in a consumer's hands — you own that liability. Not the factory.
