Stage #1 Development
The development stage will include :
-any phone calls, faxes or e-mail
-this detailed quote
-discussion of  design ideas keeping final production in mind
-preliminary discussion of materials and coloring with the main focus on shape

Timetable and benchmarks-  This area will detail your projects timetable and any benchmarks  that need to be met.  Your projects timetable will vary slightly from other contracts, but this stage mostly depends on the speed at which decisions are made on your end. Stage #2 Prototype
The prototype stage will include:
-finding materials to create your project 
-a first draft of your mascot shipped to you for your approval  (prototype)
-alterations to prototype (if needed)
-a second prototype delivered to you with changes (if needed)

Timetable and benchmarks- This stage of the project depends on the complexity of the stuffed toy and how busy Binkley's  production is at the time. For the majority of the time you can expect your prototype to be on your desk in 2- 4  weeks for first prototype. Even for projects that you may consider 'simple' we do insist on this stage to avoid any changes that you may not have considered without a sample.

Stage #3 Production
The production stage will include:
-any last minute changes and confirmation of details
-full production of your mascot
-individual poly bagging
-shipping to the requested destination(s)

Timetable and benchmarks- Again, Binkley's production schedules vary from  month to month, but average size contracts (500 - 30,000 pieces) take 8 - 12 weeks for final delivery of product (depending on quantity) A portion of your production can be arranged to arrive earlier.

-Price is  based on 'per piece'  in US $
-Based on all three Stages completed above
-Prices do not include applicable taxes. FOB Buffalo NY (or your city of choice)
-Based on your style of toy
