What Are The 15 Questions You Already Have The Answers To
Which Will Rocket Your Toy Idea Into Reality
?

I have some important questions for you. Think carefully as you answer;

• Do you lay in bed at night excitedly thinking about every tiny detail of your toy idea knowing that it’s going to be a big hit?

• Are you apprehensive about really getting started on your toy idea because you don’t know if you’ve thought of all the details that you should?

• Were you aware that someone you hire to help you can claim part ownership without proper documentation?

• Do you worry about hiring someone to work on your toy idea and they take it in the wrong direction -that doesn’t match your vision?

• Are you apprehensive about talking to anyone about your toy idea worried that they will steal it out from under you?

• Do you secretly worry about never getting started on your toy idea and simply having it pop in to your head year after year reminding you of the great idea you let ‘get away’?

• Do you fear that someone will think of your toy idea and grow it in to a blockbuster toy while you’re still getting ‘ready’?

• Have you always known that your toy idea will be a big seller but you don’t even know how to start?

If you answered “YES” to any of these questions, then I have some important news for you…

The good news is that you are NOT alone.

In fact, that list of questions was created from talking to literally thousands of people who are having trouble launching their toy idea.

My Troubles
I remember trying to design my first toy. I spent so much energy on things that were unnecessary. I am very good with graphic arts on a computer but I can’t draw freehand. I needed help in that area.

I don’t know how much you’ve worked with true artists but they are a bit flaky. Their brains just don’t work like other peoples do but people like you and I need them. They have the power to bring your toy idea to life on paper.

When I started to design toys I worried about details that just didn’t matter. It was frustrating to spend so much time getting the details I wanted in a new stuffed toy together and then handing it off to a sketch artist, only to have them ignore half of the details I had planned out.

Emotional Roller Coaster
They would put in some of their own ideas and some of those new ideas weren’t half bad. Frustrated with the details they missed and excited about some of the new ideas they added, I worked on getting changes made and reminding them of some of the original requests. What an emotional rollercoaster. Again, pushing my ideas through this cycle produced new ideas and some ideas of mine being were left out. AH! Drumming up as much patience as I could muster, I would then shoot for a new set of changes.

At the end I looked at the final sketch and I recalled my original idea I had in the very beginning. They were nothing alike! Some of the artist’s suggestions were good but had led me down the wrong road. I let their creativity poison my original idea.

The biggest problem with this is that the sketch was just the first step. I had to get a toy sewn together, a logo created, a web site designed and promotional materials put together. If I let every person I hired take me in a different direction the final group of materials would look like a big jumbled mess.

Road Map To Success
That is when I decided to get serious and create a road map that could guarantee the final product looked just like the toy I had in my head. The logo would blend nicely with the toy and would match the website and promotional materials. When I worked with different artists, designers and factories my original idea was preserved throughout the process. I used this road map for many years creating hundreds, if not thousands of toys. During that time I have tweaked the formula and perfected the system leading to the solution I have today.

My formula is simple. It is easy to follow and it produces excellent results every time.

Here are a few things you will learn in this guide;
• A proven step by step plan to organize your ideas and keep you on track
• Have you ever tried to communicate an idea to someone about anything (not just your toy idea) and they simply don’t ‘get it’? You’ll learn how to break your idea down in to manageable parts that are easy to communicate with an average person or a professional.
• How to completely avoid the pitfalls that other toy inventors fall in to which launches your toy idea faster and with more success.
• The REAL reason why toy ideas fail.
• How to keep your toy idea on track and avoid ending up in the ditch.
• A sure-fire way to move from idea to a real toy

This Is For YOU!
This is for you if you consider yourself a creative person but you’re not a Michelangelo when it comes to drawing. If you can see your toy idea in your head and need some help organizing your thoughts, communicating your toy idea in a professional manner and keeping your invention on track then this is for you! This is for you if you want to move your toy idea forward at lightening speed, advancing your dream to the next level.

This Is NOT For You!
This is not for you if you have a team of artists and designers at your finger tips or if you are a highly skilled artist yourself that has designed and presented new ideas in a professional arena. This is not for you if you plan to simply ‘think’ about your toy idea and not take action since this will move your toy idea forward.

What Would It Be Worth To You IF…
I command at least $800 per hour for consulting with individuals on their toy ideas. Depending on the research I need to do before the consultation I have charged as much as $1,700 per hour for one on one consultation. For me to really understand your idea and walk you through the concepts that are necessary to complete this guide I would need at least two hours of your time.

$1,600 For This Guide?
That is $1,600 in consultation fees that would be necessary to achieve the same results that my Design Guide will accomplish for you. The two hours of consultation would be packed with all of the same information contained in this guide but you wouldn’t have much time to ‘think’ about your answers to my questions. If you want some breathing room to think about the answers for your toy idea, my Design Guide walks you through all of the questions that I would be asking you anyway but at your own pace.

Even though it is worth it, I will not be charging $1,600 for this product.

Bonus #2

Professional Color Guide

The problem with choosing colors off of a computer screen, or from a print out is that all computer displays and computer printers look different. These differences can be dramatic. There is only one way to discuss color in a professional way. All the pros use a professional color guide. This professional color guide has over 1,114 colors to choose from.

If you tell a professional who you are working with a color and want it lighter, the professional can use a 'percentage' of that color. So if you consider that you could identify 50 shades per color this book becomes a resource of over 50,000 colors. This book allows you to choose your colors and anybody in the world will know exactly what you are talking about. You will simply flip through this book and choose the colors that you like and your toy designer, your logo designer, your web site designer and your graphic artists will all know what colors they should be using. When all of the pieces of your toy come together, everything will match perfectly. This is something no toy inventor can live without.

Bonus #3

Bonus #4

Legal Documents

I am sure you have heard the stories about inventors who have had their idea snatched out from under them. Or the inventors who told their idea to a 'friend' and the next thing you know the 'friend' is pulling in to their driveway in a Cadillac. It is only smart for you to play it safe and take the necessary precautions. Before speaking to anyone about your idea simply have them sign a legal document that protects your ideas. If they think it is silly to sign such a document or they refuse to, then you probably don't want to discuss your idea with that person. I have taken the legal documents that my lawyers charged me thousands of dollars to draft up to protect my intellectual property and put them together for you. These documents do two things;
Prevention
When someone signs these documents they cannot legally turn around and sell a toy just like yours. They will also be prevented from discussing your idea with anyone that you do not authorize. You must not allow others to rip off your toy idea.

Ownership
Did you know that if a sketch artist draws your toy and it becomes a huge hit years later that the sketch artist can claim part ownership of the idea and part ownership of your Profits? Without the proper legal documents this can become your reality. Please be sure to use these legal documents to prevent others from claiming ownership over your winning idea.

Prof. Woodpecker - another successful project
We made this character to share with the children of the world and give them a wholesome character to look up to and enjoy. I had reviewed several resources for manufacturing our product and was impressed with Binkley's website, discussions with their staff and devotion to making the character. Binkley produced the character we had envisioned. We are real happy with your work on the Professor and have additional projects that we would consider using Binkley in manufacturing for us.
